The “Communiqué on the Classification of Goods and Services for Trademark Registration Applications,” applicable to trademark applications as of 20 December 2024, was published in the Official Gazette dated 20 December 2024, No. 32758.
The Communiqué has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Nice Agreement and sets out the principles relating to the current classification list.
