Trademark owners are receiving invitations to pay fees that do not come from TPTO and are unrelated to the processing of applications. Whatever services might be offered in such documents, they bear no connection to TPTO or any of its official publications.
The requests are typically designed to look legitimate, but are created by companies and individuals of various origins using official-sounding names to mislead you.
